Overview
For the 2024-2025 school year, we will be offering Childcare at North Mianus, ISD, Old Greenwich Schools. Registration for returning families opens June 3rd for returning families and June 17th for new families.
NEW Families – Please create your login and also purchase your new 2024/2025 membership beginning April 15th. This will make the registration process easier beginning June 17th at 9 am!
Important note:
**Space is limited and is done on a first-come first-served basis with priority given first to returning families.
ALL registration forms are completed online, and an updated physical is handed into the office at 48 Maple Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830 or emailed to the office. Physicals must be valid for the duration of the school year.
A 2024/25 Family Membership ($100) to the OGRCC is required to participate in childcare for the 2024/2025 school year. Please purchase this before registering. Membership is available to purchase now.
The OGRCC Child Care Program is a safe, friendly, and stimulating in-school program that promotes the emotional, physical, creative, and social development of each child. Our programs are offered before and after regular school hours.
Our indoor and outdoor activities provide opportunities for your child to develop and socialize with his/her peers. We also provide quiet time for children with homework or who would benefit from the less rigorous activity.
- Morning Childcare from 7:30am to 8:30am is only available at ISD.
- Afternoon Childcare hours are from 3:15pm to 6:00pm at ISD, NMS and OG schools
- A $15 late fee will be charged up to 15 minutes after 6:00pm.
For each late pickup thereafter, fee will increase by $5 every 15minutes. - NO CHILDCARE November 27, 2024, December 20, 2024 and the last day of school (2024/2025 school year)
Fees and Payment Schedules
All Childcare registrations must include a $100 OGRCC Family Membership.
(Membership fee and a complete application must be on file for all drop-in applicants.)
Drop-in payments will be charged by The OGRCC each month to your payment method on your OGRCC account. We no longer accept cash or checks at the facility. No Drop-In at North Mianus School.

Step 1. Log in to your OGRCC account. If you do not have one please create one.
Step 2. Purchase a 2023/2024 Family Membership, if you haven’t already.
Step 3. Click “HOME” button in upper left corner.
Step 4. Click yellow button “Click here to register”
Step 3. Choose Childcare 2024/2025 to begin the registration process -you must have an active 2024/2025 family membership in order to proceed with childcare registration.
When does enrollment begin?
Enrollment begins on June 3rd for existing participants and June 17th for new participants for the OGRCC Child Care Program for the school year beginning August 30, 2024, and ending June 23, 2024 (or confirmed last day). No aftercare on November 27, 2024, December 20, 2024, or the last day of school.
What do I need to do to register?
If you don’t already have one, you will need to purchase a 2024/2025 OGRCC Family Membership for $100. Then when you sign up for Childcare, you just need to make the first payment, which will be your September 2024 payment.
How does the payment plan work?
We offer a 10-month payment plan. You will be billed at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month.
Can I be automatically billed so I don’t need to login each month?
Yes! You just need to save your credit card information on to your OGRCC account. Then email Jen at kerri@myogrcc.org and indicate you wish to be on auto-pay.
What is your refund policy?
We realize your family circumstances may change so we are willing to offer a one time adjustment to your childcare account. Any refund will incur a $15 charge.
May I change the number of days my child is participating?
Yes. If you are looking to increase the number of days per week, we would be able to make that adjustment, provided there is availability on the days you wish to add. If you are looking to decrease days, we are able to make that adjustment at the beginning of each month. Please note: we are unable to prorate for any unused days or offer partial month payments.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Sorry, we are unable to offer sibling discounts.
Do you offer scholarships?
Absolutely. You may find our Scholarship Application Form on our website under “forms.” Please email our Executive Director, Jen Ludington at jen@myogrcc.org the completed form and any other relevant information you wish to provide.

About Us
The Old Greenwich – Riverside Community Center (OGRCC) offers one of the most comprehensive community youth and adult recreational, athletic, educational and social programs. Our offerings range from art, baseball, cooking, basketball, dance, field hockey, film, rugby, soccer, and tennis. We also offer camps and special clinics by season. What separates us is our level of dedication to our programs, our professional and volunteer coaches, community events, and the ability to offer recreational and some of the most competitive travel all-star teams.
