Registration for After School Childcare 2017/2018

Childcare registration  begins July 15th for all new registrants. Current participants will have notice from June 20th in which to renew their registration for the new school year.   Space is limited and is done on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration is now online, however, your child's place on the program is not guaranteed until ALL registration forms are completed online, and an updated physical is handed in to the office at 90 Harding Rd, Old Greenwich. Physicals must be valid for the duration of the school year.
 Early Bird registration ends on August 15th, 2017
Childcare registration closes on September 1st, 2017.
Membership to the OGRCC is required and registration fee is due for ALL participants with registration.
Registration in a program is based on availability . Please ensure you register early to secure your place.



The OGRCC Child Care Program is a safe, friendly, and stimulating in-school program that promotes an emotional, physical, creative, and social development of each child.  Our programs are offered before and after regular school hours.

Our indoor and outdoor activities provide opportunities for muscular development, construction, manipulation, creative endeavors, experimentation, and socialization. We also provide quiet time for children with homework or who would benefit from the less rigorous activity.

  • Morning Childcare from 7:30am to 8:30am is only available at ISD.
  • Afternoon Childcare hours are from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at ISD, NMS, OG and Riverside schools
  • A $15 late fee will be charged up to 15 minutes after 6:00pm. 
    For each late pickup thereafter, fee will increase by $5 every 15minutes.
  • NO CHILDCARE November 22nd 2017, December 22nd 2017, June 21st, 2018

Please note:
There are no refunds given within 2 weeks of the start of the school year. Any refund  will incur a 2.5% charge.
There are no sibling discounts.
Once payment is initiated for the selected number of days per week, we cannot refund or make adjustments to the number of days selected. 

Enrollment is for the OGRCC Child Care Program for the school year beginning August 31st, 2017, and ending June 21st, 2018 except for weather related cancellations and holidays as designated on the school calendar. No aftercare on November 22nd and  Kindergarten Orientation day, or the last day of school.

Fees and Payment Schedules
OGRCC Membership is $100.00 per family.
The registration fee for the 2017/2018 school year is $60.00

There will be ONE registration for the year.
 2 payment options:
Option1: Pay one payment in FULL with registration 

Option 2: Pay 4 installments as follows:
1st payment on registration;
Pay before August 15th to receive the Early Bird discount (and avoid the $100 increase)
2nd payment September 15th,
3rd payment January 15th
4th payment  February15th
Payments for the payment plan will be deducted automatically on these dates once you opt into the plan. Any stop payments or chargebacks will incur an administrative cost of $20.

Total fees include membership, registration and tuition as indicated below.
Fee structure: 
First payment of $300  is due on registration to hold your place. 

If there are enough participants in the program, the total difference in fees will be deducted from your account on January 2nd.

If we cannot meet the minimum requirements, we will stop payments and refund the full tuition fees (excluding registration fees).

Please note:
There are no refunds given after January 2nd. This program is being offered due to demand for childcare.  We will only run the program with a  minimum number of 12 children registered for 5 days a week.
Full tuition(less registration fees) will be refunded if we cannot reach the minimum requirements. 
There are no sibling discounts.

The Old Greenwich – Riverside Community Center (OGRCC) offers one of the most comprehensive community youth and adult recreational, athletic, educational and social programs. Our offerings range from art, baseball, basketball, chess, cricket, cycling, dance, field hockey, film and stage, rugby, soccer, tennis and yoga. We also offer camps and special clinics by season.
