In 2018, the OGRCC introduced a new registration system, powered by Community Pass. Active members received an email in early February with a Temporary ID. If you received this email please follow the instructions to activate your account. If not, you may establish a new account by clicking the red "login here" button on the home page.
Also in 2018, we clarified the OGRCC Membership Policy, by adjusting from a rolling membership to a fixed year membership. For the past several years, as a byproduct of the rolling membership system, many program participants have not had active OGRCC Memberships. OGRCC Membership is a requirement for participating in most of our programs. Membership fees support the programs in many ways, including: the OGRCC office, professional staff and scholarships.
While there is no change in the $100 Membership Fee, to simplify matters going forward, the Membership will run for an academic year, following the Greenwich Public Schools calendar. To enroll in a program offered during an academic year, participants must also have a membership associated with that academic year.
There will be a transition to the new system and we will adjust rates for families who obtain a Membership in the first half of 2018. Note: Memberships will be administered through the new registration system.
In all cases, a 2018/19 Membership will be needed to participate in any program that begins on September 1, 2018 and beyond.
I am a new member of the OGRCC. What are my dues and what dates does the membership cover?
The membership fee is $100 and it covers all programs that run from the start of the Greenwich Public Schools academic year.
I paid my membership between September 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017. Am I covered for 2017/2018?
No. You will need to purchase a 2017/2018 Membership, which is available now at a discounted rate for participation in the Spring/Summer 2018 programs. Click Here to register:
How do I know if and when I paid my Membership?
Go to www.myogrcc.org and look up past transactions.

I am signing up for Summer camps in June and have to pay the 2017/2018 membership. Why do I need to pay again when I sign up in June for Fall travel soccer?
All Fall programs take place during the 2018/2019 academic school year. Therefore ALL participants taking part in programs during the 2018/2019 academic year (including Summer programs), will need to pay a membership fee of $100. The membership will be valid for the full academic year.
I signed up for a program in the fall of 2017 but never paid membership.
You will need to purchase a family membership before signing up for further programs with the OGRCC.
I plan on signing up for Fall 2018 Soccer in June. Will I be required to pay membership?
Yes. Since Fall Soccer falls under the academic calendar of 2018/2019, you will be required to pay the $100. Thereafter, any program you wish to register for that falls in the 2018/2019 school year (including summer), will be available to you.
If you sign up for pre-season soccer that runs before the 2018/2019 school year begins, you will be required to pay $100 membership fee for the 2018/2019 year because pre-season covers the soccer program in that year.
I haven't participated in any programs until now. Why am I being asked to pay a Membership fee?
Your Membership fee of $100 covers any given academic year. Membership fees support the programs in many ways, including the OGRCC office, professional staff, and scholarships. Whether you participate in just one program or multiple programs, your membership fee is what keeps us in business, and works the same way as Costco, Amazon Prime or American Express.
